However, if you have recently (between December 2018 to January 2019) been prompted "We are unable to post your comment because you have been banned by Soompi." without violating any of the above, it is likely your Soompi Disqus account was affected by the recent Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, and you are not actually banned by the team.
In December 2018, we introduced a new log in on Soompi. This means that when you first log in with this new setup, a new Soompi account is created for you. It also automatically creates a new Disqus account.
How to resolve the issue?

- You will see that you now have a brand new Soompi Disqus account
If you (1) have trouble with these steps, (2) continue to be unable to leave comments on Soompi articles after following the steps above, or (3) believe you have been banned in error, please contact us.
What about my old Disqus account?
Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we are not able to link your old Disqus account with your new Soompi account.
